James here, glad to have you visit my site. I am kind of a nut on electronics. I am just amazed at how inexpensive Blu-ray players are. It's almost embarrassing if you still have an old DVD player around your house. Guess what? We still have several! This BD370 is killer. You can down load movies from Netflix for next to nothing.

It's a basic bare bones player...but it's hardly basic. To be honest, I would be happy with this for the next 5 years. Just don't pay full price. We got our BD370 from Amazon for about $225 delivered. But like everything in electronics, it's always cheaper if you wait. It about kills me to see it going for $132 or so for an open box unit.
